Shipping policy

We process orders within 1-2 working days from receiving clear funds. 12PM GMT is our cut off point. Orders are send to client address, provided upon delivery. It is a client responsibility to ensure their address is complete before ordering.

If for any reason your order has not arrived within estimated delivery time, please contact us so we can help. If you pay lower shipping price this may also mean your order was sent without tracking. In case it goes missing, we need to file a claim form with responsible courier, and wait for investigation to be completed before we can offer alternative solution. This can take up to 3 weeks. In case you need tracking please either contact us before placing an order, or checkout with Express or higher price tier delivery (this will guarantee you order tracking).

United Kingdom 

RM 2nd class (2-4 days) Domestic (UK only) send via RM 2nd class, tracking not always available.

RM 1st class (1-3 days) Domestic lower tier (UK only) send via RM 1st class, tracking not always available.

RM Special Delivery, guaranteed by 1PM, tracking available.

EU (European Union Countries only) Delivery times are only estimate. For the outside of UK, all parcels are subject to customs duties, some delays may be expected, which can also delay your estimate delivery times from a few days to a 2 weeks. We ask for your patience. 

RM INT Standard (3-5 business days, tracking not always available). 

RM INT TRACKED (3-5 business days, tracking available). 

US & INTERNATIONAL Delivery times are only estimate. For the outside of UK, all parcels are subject to customs duties, some delays may be expected, which can also delay your estimate delivery times from a few days to a 2 weeks. We ask for your patience.
