Conditions of return

  • Buyer can return any non-personalised item as long as it will be returned undamaged/ unchanged in original packaging. Please include your return slip.
  • Buyer must return item within 14 days of delivery.
  • Buyer is responsible for return postage costs
  • Buyer is responsible for loss in value (as agreed upon with seller) if an item isn’t returned in original condition.
  • WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR custom made / personalised products and orders unless damaged upon delivery. If item is damaged upon delivery, this has to be reported within 48-hrs from delivery, and photographic evidence may be required to prove the claim. Our 1st point of solution is replacement, to ensure client is satisfied with the product. Refund is at our discretion.
